I am usually a fan of made from scratch desserts, except when it comes to brownies. I have yet to find a homemade brownie recipe that is superior to Betty Crocker Brownie mixes or Ghirardelli Brownie mixes. Anyway, one of my favorite candies are Andes Candies and I was so excited to find their creme de menthe baking chips in the baking aisle of the grocery store. If you like the combination of chocolate and mint, I promise you will love this recipe.
