Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

I love slow-cooker recipes, especially in the summer!  This is very simple  and yummy.

Get out your ingredients.

Put the Worcestershire sauce, beef, soup, onion, beef broth, mushrooms, salt and pepper in crock-pot and set on low for 6-8 hours. (Mine was done in 6 hours)

Add egg noodles, cream cheese, and sour cream. Heat for 15 minutes.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff (Adapted from Allrecipes)

Ingredients:

1 pound cubed beef stew meat

1 (10.75 oz) can condensed golden mushroom soup

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4   cup beef broth

4 oz cream cheese

1/4 cup sour cream

salt and pepper to taste

garlic powder to taste

mushrooms (optional)

Directions:

Season meat with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.   In a slow cooker, combine the meat, soup, onion, Worcestershire sauce, broth, and mushrooms if using.

Cook on Low setting for 6- 8 hours, or on High setting for about 5 hours. Stir in cream cheese, sour cream and egg noodles just before serving.
